State Championships refund requests will not be considered unless all guidelines are followed:
Only fees received on or before the deadline will be considered for refunds. Refund checks will be made out to those who were responsible for payment of the entry fees.
Requests must include Circumstances for Refund documentation attached.
Immediate Family Emergency (Sudden Illness or Death)
Injury to athlete
Documentation supporting the reason given above must give a detailed account of the circumstances for the refund. If the refund is for an injury it must be signed by the attending medical physician. Medical bills or invoices substantiating the injury must be attached as well.
A $25.00 processing fee will be deducted for each refund granted.
Refunds are subject to the approval of the State Director.
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the event.
